Our friendly receptionists are here to help you. 
It's located in the main Union building by the front doors.

They can help with the following things: 

• Booking a room within the Union - for your society, committee or anything else 
• Getting a great bargain with NUS Extra Cards
• Topping up your bus pass, paying your bills and topping up your mobile with our PayPoint services*
• Amazon Lockers - are delivery lockers where you can have your Amazon parcel delivered. Find out more about Amazon Lockers.
  You'll find the Amazon Lockers in Liberty's
  
• Wi-Fi - if you're not a Heriot-Watt student and need a guest login

Our Reception Team are also happy to chat with you about any questions you may have about the Union. 

*Please note:
PayPoint services are available until 15 minutes before Reception closes. Please look at our homepage for what time the Reception closes today.  PayPoint services are cash only.
But don't worry there is  a cash machine within the Union building.
