You'll love the NUS Extra Card.

NUS Extra is the official, Nationwide student discount card. It offers discounts on major brands including Amazon, Dominos, McDonalds and many more!

Unlike other cards and discount voucher apps, the discounts offered by NUS Extra are not limited to only a week etc, they are available all year round*. Most of the offers are exclusive to NUS Extra, and where companies offer a "standard" student discount with just your student card, NUS Extra will offer a greater discount.

NUS Extra is valid for 12 months from the day you buy it, meaning it doesn't expire when the academic year ends like other discount cards. It also means you won't get less value if you purchase the card later in the year.

The card costs only £12, so that works out to be just £1 per month - you will easily save that when you look at the offers available. Plus for an extra £2.99 you can add ISIC, the International Student Identity Card opening up offers worldwide.

Sounds good, how do I get one?

1. Visit Union Reception 

Pop by the Union Reception and we can print your card whilst you wait. Don't forget to bring your HW Student ID card.

Please note the Union Reception is cash only but there's a cash machine in the main foyer. 

2. Online

The card can also be purchased online using a credit/debit card at www.nusextra.co.uk.
